Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia will recognise and reward young talent shaping the country’s ever-growing tourism, hospitality and gastronomy sectors with the Future Leadership Award, debuting at the 2025 summit, taking place at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah in Riyadh, 11-13 May.
In partnership with Sommet Education, the accolade celebrates the ambition and creativity among next generation leaders who demonstrate outstanding innovation and impact. Three winners will be awarded across digital innovation, sustainability and social advancement categories.
The FHS Future Leader Award aims to empower and support the next generation of hospitality leaders who drive meaningful change, inspire others and contribute to the country’s long-term growth and evolution. Candidates must be a Saudi resident aged 18-35, be currently working in or studying hospitality, tourism, gastronomy, or a related field, and have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and impact through initiatives such as entrepreneurial ventures, sustainability projects, business improvements, or industry leadership roles.
Winners will receive a complimentary ticket to attend FHS Saudi Arabia 2025, access to Sommet Education’s alumni networks, internships, and job placement opportunities, and exclusive scholarship opportunities for Sommet Education’s portfolio of Master’s, Executive Master’s or part-time education at Glion Institute of Higher Education or Les Roches Global Hospitality in the UK, Switzerland, and Spain.
FHS Saudi Arabia also features the #FHSWomenPower Impact Leader Award, a first-of-its-kind initiative promoting diversity, empowering women in hospitality and recognising outstanding talent among females in KSA’s hospitality and tourism industry.
