From 16 to 19 June 2025, SUSHISAMBA Singapore will join its global sister restaurants in a one-of-a-kind culinary showcase, bringing together five exclusive Samba Rolls—each typically available only in their home cities across the Middle East, Europe, the USA, and Asia. Guests can indulge in this international feast while soaking in Singapore’s breathtaking 360° skyline views.
Featured Rolls on the Global Sushi Roster:
- Chili Crab Roll (S$34) – A Singaporean twist on sushi, featuring soft-shell crab tempura, sweet chilli sauce, and yuzu mayo.
- Wagyu Dhabi Roll (S$39) – Straight from Abu Dhabi, this indulgent creation includes Japanese A5 wagyu, king oyster mushrooms, kampyo, and truffle aioli.
- Samba Dubai Roll (S$34) – A luxurious mix of Maine lobster, mango, avocado, soy paper, and aji honey truffle.
- Samba Milano Roll (S$32) – Milan’s signature roll with salmon, crispy nori, teriyaki, ikura, and cream cheese.
