Disney Cruise Line is celebrating Southeast Asia’s rich culture and creativity with the launch of its Local Artist Series onboard the Disney Adventure — and leading the way is Singapore’s own Danielle Tay. Known for her vibrant, nature-infused art, Danielle debuts a special collaboration that showcases the essence of Singapore in a stunning mural and exclusive merchandise collection, available only on the ship.

Her artwork brings to life a whimsical scene featuring Captain Mickey Mouse and friends arriving in sunny Singapore, surrounded by lush flora, playful otters, tropical birds, and the city’s iconic skyline. Inspired by the city-state’s nature and culture, the piece captures the vibrant spirit of Singapore in Danielle’s signature joyful style.
Cruise guests will also get to shop an exclusive collection of home décor and keepsakes inspired by the mural — including batik-print tea towels, tote bags, vibrant plate sets, and a collectible lithograph of the artwork. This collaboration is the first of many to come, as Disney Cruise Line spotlights Southeast Asia’s creative voices through its new Local Artist Series.

A graduate of London’s Slade School of Fine Art, Danielle Tay has exhibited across Singapore and created works for global brands including Meta, Starbucks, Shake Shack, and the Singapore Tourism Board. Her artistic mission: to infuse everyday spaces with beauty and wonder inspired by nature.
