Blue Suede Hospitality Group (BSHG) has announced the opening of its boutique hotel, Aloha Fridays, located at 944 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The hotel, comprising 97 rooms and suites, is set to redefine coastal getaways with a unique, seamless, contactless check-in process that eliminates traditional formalities and allows guests to commence their vacations immediately upon arrival.
Aloha Fridays is just a few steps from the iconic Ocean Drive and Miami’s pristine beaches, offering guests the perfect blend of prime location and modern convenience. The hotel’s unique check-in system allows guests to bypass the front desk, handling reservations, room access, and inquiries via a user-friendly in-browser app.
The inspiration for the hotel’s name comes from the Hawaiian term ‘Aloha Friday’, which is globally recognized as ‘casual Friday’. Kenny Lipschutz, Founder & CEO of Blue Suede Hospitality Group, hopes to bring a piece of that laid-back, welcoming spirit to Miami Beach, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The hotel’s rooms, which range from 215 to 370 square feet, cater to solo travelers, families, and small groups. Combining modern elegance with tropical inspiration, the rooms reflect Miami Beach’s relaxed sophistication. Each space is curated to ensure maximum comfort and convenience, equipped with island-inspired finishes, bespoke furnishings, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and beverage stations.
In addition to its rooms, Aloha Fridays offers an elevated experience through its well-appointed amenities and communal spaces. A lobby bar and restaurant concept from Freehold Hospitality will be open daily, offering visitors classic bites and cocktails in a relaxed tropical setting. The pool area offers a tranquil yet lively atmosphere, while the fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio machines, free weights, and yoga mats.
The digital guest portal offers 24/7 support, ensuring that every inquiry is addressed with ease and efficiency.
