Hotel Byblos, the Saint-Tropez property under family-owned hospitality group Floriat Signatures, has reopened following a six-month renovation of its F&B spaces led by UGO Architecture.
Among the highlights are a slew of new culinary experiences and major design upgrades across the hotel and its beachfront outpost.
New dining experiences at Hotel Byblos
Anchoring the refresh is the debut of Il Giardino, an intimate Italian restaurant inspired by Canuti’s Riviera heritage. The new venue features an open kitchen and immersive dining experience set within the heart of the hotel. Nearby, the revamped poolside B. Lounge offers a relaxed, Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere with a focus on casual elegance.
The hotel also welcomes Sky Bar, a rooftop cocktail lounge with views of Saint-Tropez and the bay, along with Zuma, which will take up seasonal residency to serve its signature Izakaya-style cuisine in an elevated, shareable format.
An updated beach club
At Byblos Beach Ramatuelle, the design narrative continues with updates from designer François Frossard, including new diamond-patterned sunbeds in the hotel’s iconic orange hue, and nautical-inspired elements such as rope parasols and yacht-like sunshades.
More renovations ahead
In collaboration with Paris-based architect and designer Laura Gonzalez, the hotel unveiled four new suites in 2024 that layer rich materials, bold patterns, and vibrant colors in a nod to the destination’s history and flair.
An additional 10 suites by Gonzalez are slated to debut in 2026.
