Visit Maldives – News > Reconnect And Recharge With Float & Flow Yoga At Kandooma Maldives

Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives invites guests to experience yoga like never before with its newest wellness activity: Float & Flow Yoga. Set against the serene backdrop of crystal-clear waters, this unique session combines balance, movement, and mindfulness on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), creating a joyful connection with nature.

Float & Flow Yoga is designed for both seasoned yogis and complete beginners, offering a 60-minute experience on the resort’s SUP Yoga Dock. The floating platform is shaped like a flower, with each of its eight «petals» anchoring a SUP board around a central space reserved for the instructor. Participants are guided through gentle sequences focusing on balance, breath, and flow.

«There’s nothing quite like the laughter and pure joy of SUP yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, being out on the water reminds us all to let go, have fun, and flow with nature,» says Courtney Chambers, resident Yoga Instructor at Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives.

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 10:00 am and are limited to just eight participants per session, ensuring an intimate and supportive atmosphere. A minimum of three guests is required to run each session. The class fee is US$45 per person, inclusive of taxes and service charge.

For those looking to capture the moment, a professional drone photo and video package is available at an additional US$25 per person, making for a perfect keepsake.

Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable swimwear or yoga attire and arrive 10 minutes early at the Perfect Wave Surf Shop for a pre-activity briefing.

Whether seeking mindfulness, movement, or simply a splash of fun, Float & Flow Yoga at Kandooma offers an unforgettable way to reconnect with self and the sea.
