1) Max – Extranet – Module: Dashboard

What’s New?

  • Customizable Landing Page – Users can now set their preferred default landing page. Choose from:
    • Availability
    • Bookings
    • Reports
  • Smooth Navigation – Your selected landing page will be the first screen you see upon login.
  • Easy Updates – Change your default landing page anytime from the dashboard settings.
  • Quick Access – Click the STAAH logo (top left) to return to the dashboard anytime.

2) Max – Extranet – Module: Reports (V2) – Channel Insights

What’s New?

  • Multi-Currency Support – Select multiple currencies for your reports.
  • Currency Conversion Tool – Easily convert currencies within reports.
  • Feature Parity with V1 – Both features were available in V1 and are now integrated into V2.

3) Max – Extranet – Module: Bookings (V1 & V2) – CRS – New Booking

What’s New?

  • Meal Plan Code Linking – Properties can now link a meal plan code when making a booking through the CRS, ensuring it is sent to the PMS (Available for all base rates).
  • Package Inclusions – A new text box allows properties to specify package or rate inclusions, which will be included in the email booking confirmation.

1) SwiftBook – Extranet – Module: Bookings

What’s New?

  • Customizable Booking Page View – Users can now set their preferred default view.
  • Default Setting – The view is initially set to list view.
  • Easy Toggle – Change your view anytime using the toggle in the top right menu.

2) SwiftBook – Extranet – Module: Reports (V2) – Booking Engine – Analytics – Timezone Selection

What’s New?

  • Timezone Selection – Choose to generate reports in either UTC or local timezone.
  • Enhanced Flexibility – Allows properties to view data in their preferred time format.
  • No Manual Conversions Needed – The system automatically adjusts the report to the selected timezone.
  • V2 Exclusive – This feature is available only in Reports (V2).

3) SwiftBook – Single Page Confirmation

What’s New?

  • Single Page Confirmation – Guests can enter payment details directly on the booking details page, eliminating redirection for credit card collection and direct payment gateways.
  • Optimized Hosted Payment Gateways – Redirection still applies but with fewer steps for a smoother experience.

ReviewMinder Update

ReviewMinder Update1) Feature: AI-Assisted Response Tool

  • AI-Powered Suggested Responses – Save time while maintaining a professional and consistent tone.
  • Easy to Use – Navigate to Extranet > Channel Mapping > Supported Channel Tile > Reviews and click ‘Reply to Guest’ to generate AI responses.

  • Full Control – AI suggestions are editable before submission, ensuring personalized replies.
  • Supported Channels – Available for Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google (Meta).

Important Notice: Victoria’s 7.5% Short Stay Levy Begins April 1, 2025

Starting April 1, 2025, Victoria State, Australia, will enforce a 7.5% Short Stay Levy (SSL) on short-term rental properties.

  • Vrbo will remit the levy directly to the Victoria State Revenue Office (SRO).
  • Property managers must collect 8.11% SSL from travellers to cover GST and fees.
